We are pleased to announce that The Merrimac Group is organizing and coordinating The 5th Annual Evan Evans Memorial Golf Tournament (formerly the TORCH Early Bird Golf Tournament), which is being held in conjunction with the TORCH Conference and Tradeshow. The event takes place on Tuesday morning, March 18, at 7:00 am at the Tribute Golf Club in The Colony, Texas (see map); the format will be a scramble. Pairing and scoring will be done by Tribute personnel.

Transportation from the Hotel Inter-Continental to the golf club and back will be provided via a shuttle bus, which will leave the hotel at 6:00 am. A continental breakfast will be provided at the golf club, and lunch boxes will be delivered on the course. Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive, closest to the pin, winning team, second, and third place. Participating players will pay the tournament fee of $100.00 each. Registration for this event must be received by Friday, March 7 and may be completed by registering online.

Tee Box Sponsorships for your company/organization are also available. You are encouraged to purchase one of these sponsorships to offset the cost of the transportation, breakfast, prizes, and the greens fee. Your greens fee is separate from the sponsorship.
