Margaret Evans, Project Lead
The Merrimac Group
In 1996 Margaret Evans became a part of
The Merrimac Group. She serves as a
consultant/project manager to private developers as well as to
non-profit developers of all types of senior housing (independent,
assisted, and skilled). Ms. Evans also works with political
subdivisions, community development corporations, foundations and
rural hospitals seeking to bring senior housing to their
communities. She is responsible for marketing, training, community
education, policy development for the client, and obtaining the
required licenses and certifications needed for each project. She
also is a Certified Assisted Living Manager through the Assisted
Living Federation of American and Southwest Texas University, San
Marcos.

Doug Davis
has recently joined the Merrimac team as head of Merrimac Senior Development.
This organization has been in the Senior Housing Industry for over
15 years. The team of professionals is truly dedicated
to the consultation design, construction and
licensing of your property from start to finish. As
a family owned and operated business, it has been by
design, not by accident that some of the country's
finest estimators and supervisors have combined
their skills to prepare a complete and accurate plan
of action for all your property needs.

Nicol, Feasibility / Appraisals
Health Care Advisory Group
Mark Nicol has led the Health Care Advisory Group since 1989 and has
been dedicated exclusively to the analysis of senior housing
facilities nationwide, including site selection, appraisals,
feasibility studies, brokerage, real estate tax appeals and expert
witness testimony. His clients include lenders, investors,
developers, and property owners. Mr. Nicol is a member of the
Appraisal Institute (MAI) and of the Texas Health Care Association.

Snodgrass, Architect
CFP-Group, LLC
The CFP-Group, LLC is a comprehensive facility planning and design
service organization that offers a single-source solution for
planning, programming, architecture, physical plant assessment, and
construction administration to the rural and community healthcare
industry. Their involvement in over 500 facility projects in 49

Ingrid Fraley, President of Design Services, Inc., has been active
in the design of interior environments for over twenty-five years.
With pride in the quality of our services, we have completed a
significant number of commissions nationwide of varying sizes and
levels of care, all yielding positive results for the owner. We do
this with a true passion for working with environments for the
elderly and with a cognizance of the relationships we establish with
our clients. This combination results in design that not only meets
